• Corporate & Group Bookings:

• Individual Corporate Bookings: Refunds are offered for cancellations made at least 7 days before the arrival or departure date.

• Group Bookings: Cancellations must be made at least 28 days before the travel or check-in date to qualify for a refund.

• Flight Disruption Services:

Due to the urgent nature of these bookings, once accommodation or alternative transport is arranged, cancellations and refunds may not be possible.

• Processing Fees:

Any administrative or transaction fees applied during booking are non-refundable.

As a digital travel service provider, we do not deliver physical goods. Our fulfilment process includes:

• Booking Confirmations:

Hotel, flight, and transport confirmations are delivered via email or SMS after successful booking.

• Electronic Travel Documents:

All e-tickets, booking vouchers, and confirmations are issued digitally and must be presented upon check-in or service use.

• Processing Time:

Most bookings are confirmed instantly. In rare cases, confirmation may take up to 24 hours, depending on availability and third-party providers.
